ACFN Pre-Qualifies Locations

Here in Market Research we spend our days making hundreds of phone calls to generate leads for our franchisees. We are calling hotels, bars, nightclubs, bowling alleys, hospitals, theatres, museums, gas stations, malls, grocery stores, and much more. Each location has to meet certain criteria to qualify; qualifications are different for each location type.

A few examples:  hotels we are looking for at least 150 rooms with a restaurant & bar, bars we want a minimum capacity of 200 and for them to stay open till at least midnight, gas stations need to have at least 8 pumps with a walk in convenience store, and for grocery stores we are looking for 8 or more registers. 

 

 


For each location we also gather a contact name, this is who you will drop the package off for, whether it is the general manager, owner, or someone in the finance department. Once we gather the qualifications, a contact name, and verify if they have an ATM or not, we then send these leads over to our franchisees. 

Your leads are now added to our ACFN Application, for easy access on your smart phone. The APP helps simplify our drop process. While you are out checking out the list of locations we give you, you can easily upload the drop information or simply deny the location with a click of a button. When making a drop you will no longer have to remember what to look for while you are out dropping off the packet. The APP gives you step by step questions to answer while you are visiting the location. Once the drop is complete, it will notify our department and we will send it over to a marketing rep to follow up on. 

Another thing in Market Research we work on is new developments. Hotels are constantly being built all over the United States. We track the updates daily and follow up with these developments weekly, looking for a contact name and phone number to call. We would like to reach out to them at least 90 days before they open to the public. Occasionally we will ask our franchisees to check out the site for any additional information we are unable to gather online. Anytime you see new developments and/or any location you find on your own, please feel free to send those locations in for qualifying. Sending in leads for qualifying can also be done on our ACFN APP, we ask you to provide the location name and a phone number.  Once we receive the lead, we will qualify it and add it your account.
