There is no limit to how many ATMs a franchisee can own. Level of ownership depends on the amount of time and finances you can and want to invest in your ATM franchise business.
How should I determine my area of operations?
You will need to service your host locations regularly, so make sure to choose an area you are comfortable servicing. You should also strive to have as much population and commercial development within your radius of operation as possible. This will affect the number of qualified host businesses available and maximize your opportunity to grow your ATM business opportunity.
How long does it take to service an ATM?
Each ATM machine requires service for approximately five minutes once per week.
How does ACFN make money from the franchise relationship?
The ACFN franchise primary income is derived from the collection of third party transaction fees commonly referred to as back end fees or interchange fees. Back-end fees are only paid to certified members of the networks with the appropriate banking sponsorship and are not derived from the surcharge collected by you.
Do I need to hire employees?
No, there is no need to hire employees for your home-based franchise.
How long is the franchise agreement?
The franchise agreement is for 10 years with the option to renew.
Is there an additional training fee for my spouse or partner?
No. ACFN encourages and will train anyone you designate to help build your ATM franchise business.
Is there a discount for military personnel?
Yes. Veterans will receive a $1,000 discount from the franchise fee.
